We come together once more to honor the Sun at its zenith.

The sun gave us life in the beginning and we travel to the ancient site of Stonehenge to celebrate and give thanks for our blessings.

The doorway stands open on the Solstice  when the Sun stands still for a moment. Let us use this energy to set our deepest desires on fire. Let us create our highest dreams and aspirations

Sound healing

​Charmian offers Sound Baths in Los Osos, Oceano, (Central Coast ) and Westlake (Los Angeles) 

Treat your self to some deep relaxation. Take a time out from all the business to just let go and allow your body space to breathe

Charmian uses a combination of gongs, crystal bowls and chimes to relax body, mind and emotions.

 

You will leave the session completely relaxed, recharged and ready to meet all of your activities with calm and clarity.

There is so much to hold right now. Grief, uncertainty, overwhelm, anger, tenderness. In the midst of it all, self-compassion is essential.

​

So often, when life feels heavy, we become harder on ourselves. We think we should be doing more, feeling differently, or handling everything better. But self-compassion invites another way. It reminds us to pause, listen inward, and respond to ourselves with care instead of criticism.

 

When we practice self-compassion, we support our well-being, soften stress, and create more inner steadiness. From that place, we are better able to move through the world with clarity, intention, and heart.

 

Be gentle with yourself. That too is a meaningful practice

You will experience probably the deepest peace you have ever felt and return home for a peaceful night's sleep.
