We have suffered so much pain and loss on the earth plane that many of us have shut down our hearts. We have retreated into the mind and intellect and put up walls around the heart. This prevents us from both being and receiving the love that we are. This coronavirus is giving us the opportunity to open the heart and be the love that we are inside.
